Please note that I am unable to provide ongoing general practice care at this time.
In-Clinic Consultation

At Active Health Portland, I can provide full scope of antenatal and postnatal care, including unsettled babies, lactation consultations and tongue tie release.
I can provide shared antenatal care for low risk pregnancies.

Routine Antenatal Care
$90 full fee

I have many years of experience in providing antenatal care in general practice, and am credentialled to provide shared antenatal care for Warrnambool Hospital. I love to take the time to really understand your past experiences, support you with your concerns and help you prepare for your beautiful baby.
All Antenatal Consultations are booked as long appointments, so you are never rushed.
Initial Home Consultation
$250 for 1-2 hours

This is a personalised, unhurried appointment in the comfort of your own home. In addition to providing lactation support, I offer a complete postnatal assessment of both mother and baby, oral function assessment and help with sleep and settling.

All in-home consultations will include a bulk-billed follow up phone appointment.
Follow-Up Home Consultation
$150 for up to 1 hour
Medicare rebates apply
This is for families who have already had an initial home consultation, who are wanting another long follow-up appointment at home. This may be for anything you like - perhaps to review your breastfeeding plan, discuss your mental health or further explore your baby's sleep.
